1. What kind of products do you sell?
Truck tyres, car tyres, and OTR tyres.

2. What is the minimum order for your tyres?
Truck tyre: Around 99pcs; car tyre: around 499pcs.

3. Can I load several sizes and patterns in a container?
Yes! Mix sizes and patterns are acceptable.

4. Can I get a lower price if I make the large order?
Of course! Cheaper prices with large order

5. What about the delivery time?
Truck tire: 7-14days after receive the payment of deposit or LC.
Car tire: within 25days after receive the payment of deposit or LC.
OTR tire: within 25days after receive the payment of deposit or LC.

6.Which kind of trade term and payment term you can accept?
Accepted trade terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW;
Accepted payment type: T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union and Cash;

7. What is the warranty for tyres?
For truck tyre, warranty is 120,000km or one year, but under good road condition, can reach 170, 000km.
Premimum truck tyre brand, 250,000kms for USA market, and permitted to retread 1-3 times( 1+5 steel belts). For Vietnam market is 200,000kms-220,000kms.
For car tyre, warranty is 60,000km or three years.
